Your membership makes it possible to do everything HDG does. It supports our events, it enables us to continue helping our community, it pays for this website, supplies, volunteer shirts, educational outreach efforts and much more. All our staff and board members are not paid and volunteer their time, so we operate about as lean as is possible.

When you become a dues-paying member, you also obtain membership voting rights. We prioritize dues-paying members over non-dues paying members when space is very limited for events and activities such as rafting trips.
